Machine Learning for Environmental Noise Classification in Smart Cities

In this book, a machine learning based environmental noise monitoring and classification device is proposed. The 1st chapter is an introduction of the problem statement, the research objectives and the project scope. A literature review on related works is following. Chapter 3 presents the methodology of the proposed work which include the project and system flowcharts as well as the learning algorithms. Chapter 4 elaborates the findings, analysis and benchmarking with existing work. Then there comes the conclusion as well as suggestions for future works.
